Cocoa Cake

Cocoa cake is a solid by-product obtained from the pressing process of cocoa liquor. It is a compact mass with low cocoa butter content, resulting from the separation of the butter during pressing. Cocoa cake is mainly used as a raw material to produce cocoa powder.
